KCSVEN, Fox had two interviews with Dr. Grace and Ingrham. He specifically referenced 100 patients under their care, not abroad. He mentioned it in the first interview. I'm not a statistician, but he seemed to extrapolate the 1 in 10,000 from their own experience.
