So, my first consideration was that (the)*Mr Cooper Groups SEC reported values, needed to be encompassing to the entire company at a minimum within an SEC 10-K, in order for the company's financial values to be utilized especially as debt collateral' ... but ?, somehow, the parent corps values were able to securitize the debt recently issued, without a need to SEC 10-K report the parent corps true valuation' as well' ...
