Anyone with a "legitimate" debt would have filed a civil lawsuit in court rather than attempt to "extort" via twitter!! I'll bet the "exhibits" in the RegA are accurate. Paul Khan and crew have exposed themselves as the real scammers!!
This company is a scam run by people that scammed MDCN investors of over millions of dollars, investing in this company means you are helping them steal from more people. They left investors high and dry.
