The Feds removed truck transport from 8 to 24, including increasing gross weight limits. That's going to be a lot of hazard running HAZMAT on interstate highways...and some Beezlebubs in South Warwick have an issue with permits issued on a proven system. Makes my head spin.

"but folks can still burn their personal waste in back yards in many parts of the US at will, if they have no local city waste service, and ain't no Env. laws to stop them from gassing the neighbors with ash, mercury, dioxins and DHMO from the neighbors lawn sprinklers:"

They do by me all the time, the sad thing is that many of the idiots burn old arsenic treated lumber, their old press board cabinets and all kinds of other crap that they shouldn't be burning and then wonder why they got lung cancer and such.

Bureaucrat(s) involved, most likely appointed their post.
Def: bureaucrats (plural noun)
an official in a government department, in particular one perceived as being concerned with procedural correctness at the expense of people's needs.
Campanella and his lawyer partner should publicize the delay, may get a positive response from the public, not the perceived negative one the'journalist' describes.
