95% of FUNN's collective Rev Stream is now $0

all because FUNN's subs can't sell diddly squat.

Red Panda and KTU are DUDs. Evidence? S&L Publishing SAS has
1) Not ordered any new print runs from Panda Games and
2) S&L Publishing SAS can't get rid of existing inventory even after discounting. Can't even give them away.
3) Looks like 99% of the games listed on website aren't even in inventory.

Since the cafes make up for 95% of FUNN's collective revenue stream AND FUNNs subs can't sell diddly squat AND S&L Inc is dragging their feet re: new cafe opening - IMO FUNN is in a very very BAD position going forward

I have thought long and hard about this.

Negatives:
1.) majority of our current revenue and growth is coming from the exiting cafes. Yes, they will suffer during this time of crisis. Like all places will

2.) we are a young company with not a lot of built up cash reserves.

Positives:
1.) We only have 4 cafes, not 20-30

2.) FUNN has other means of income. Distribution and Publishing

3.) bailout protection for small businesses available from both US and Canada Govt.

4.) we don’t know the sort of revenue we are getting from RED panda and KTU. Those were to be reported this quarter as they just went on sale. Hell it could blow the cafes away in terms of income.

As you see, more +’s than -‘s for FUNN.

No cash reserves and a working capital deficit of over $6M. This company was already insolvent and ENTIRELY dependent on the ability to sell deeply discounted shares to family and friends.

But they don't have millions a month to keep this going, no matter how steep the discount.

You have made some good Points concerning FUNN as an ongoing and thriving Business.

We still have other revenue streams and with help from gov stimulus we will be ok. IMO once the closings are lifted or scaled back, snakes will be busier than ever and make up lost ground quickly.

I also think families and people are bored and might just dust off some old board games they have. Realize again how much fun they are and order some more now since nobody really knows how long this will last.
