I was not aware of Your over all condition ...but Her Allergies have always been bad.....must have been same for You....as I cannot wear any type of Cologne.
I worry most about Her and one of our Son's that have allergies real Bad.
I told them both to drink plenty of water of a morning as the Virus starts in the throat.
Drinking lots of water flushes the Flu Germs into the stomach where the Acid and Bacteria destroys it.
That way the Lungs are Bypassed and no damage done to them.....Hopefully.
