patrick, here's the deal. get your shell cleaned up. fixing the sec and finra problems are paramount. are you currently registered with the sec or not? do you have a current form 211, or not? you probably need profesional help to do that since you have pretty much made a mess of it. once you do that you can try to sell the clean shell. right now no one will touch it. if you make the right stock deal with a r/m candidate you can make a little money. right now, that's your only chance.
