i am not perfect! the point is to make current accr attractive for an incoming clean perfect REVERSE MERGER. i have seen it done, with the elvis presley assets and american idol......squeezed into SPEA.....i saw that stock go from $.10 to over $26 over time...........it was almost as incredible as the SHORT SQUEEZE from the ASE (american stock exchange) in the early 90s called andrea elctronics, i believe it was called back then.......holy macaroni, what a jumper!
