When the virus issues are someday done, they will have a very diversified company in a very good location under a experienced and respected CEO. Until then, its very good timing for them to launch this to venture. Timing is always important imo.
Closing this deal anytime now immediately puts true value PPS wise so much higher then these levels and multiples will come into play as well.
