Thank you, watch the video to, the saddening part though is whats happening with this virus but for this company its very good timing for what they are currently achieving.

When the virus issues are someday done, they will have a very diversified company in a very good location under a experienced and respected CEO. Until then, its very good timing for them to launch this to venture. Timing is always important imo.

Closing this deal anytime now immediately puts true value PPS wise so much higher then these levels and multiples will come into play as well.
