Only if it has to be live, but they could do that too.

I expect a learning platform would be best suited for video and a Live app for lectures. BTW, the CRM portion of the EDU app wouldn't be for customer management, but rather to log answers and test scores.

Doesn’t seem like partnership with Salesforce would make sense for the EDU distant learning market as SF is primarily a CRM app. A partnership with Cisco Webex, gotomeeting or Zoom would make more sense for EDU distant learning.
