The fact that Can mj. 2.0 was delayed,the fact that so few shops opened,the fact the gov.red tape all over the world slowed things,the fact of logistics getting product to market,for every article printed about 'over supply' there was an article saying how hard it was to keep product on shop shelves.It goes MUCH MUCH deeper than so called "over supply"
