just reinducting either or both is not interesting and that wouldn't lead to excitement, imo. They said the ASM will be Interesting in their PR and they wanted all of us from all over the world to join. I think this time my optimistic spin could become true. Good Luck to all of us!

Makes no sense. Why make a mystery of it, if it is only a simple change in a director? This is no garden variety change of personnel. Perhaps the change of personnel is part of a bigger picture they did not want to give away yet.
