That is exciting indeed. JC and Ex and Doc are sensing something on that Section 10 language left in the parking lot soon to be updated at a later date. Should I load more cheap shares tomorrow?? I bet MRK is getting some or all of that 100M Preferreds plus a board seat. Very very interesting. This SEC 10-K is very exciting!
