I have looked a bit more since I replied to you. Apart from the CFO, they only really removed the counsel (Tina and Patrick) and replaced it with the name of Patrick's company. So really, not that great a change. Tina has apparently requested to be removed as well for a long time (if you believe the DD). So really it is just the CFO, which is no biggie.
I'm actually happy with the float change (although I can only assume the date is wrong). Unless the date is correct, and another update is coming showing an either bigger float increase.
I am actually thinking part of that increase is Lazar and the other guy (whose name escapes me) getting rid of their shares. It seems like a similar increase to how many shares they had between them.
Exciting times ahead hopefully.
