The other name was former ceo, Jan Stahl. Even if the float is the new number of 389 million, I think we pretty much have it locked up.

The key is the fact that they are now a Verified Profile company along with Verified Transfer Agent... Looking down on the Company Profile section of the page you see it says they are a Holding Company...the old description of medical is not gone.

This Verified Profile says that they are indeed bringing in more then just one company to this stock. The changes are all very favorable for us IMO
