There are 360 million shares outstanding...I believe people sold the news ( the stock rallied 50% pretty quickly just before FDA approval) you never hear about a stock being manipulated when it's going up

After the FDA approval the trial was on the horizon and without a settlement and the uncertainty that created the stock has been going down exasperated the last 2 weeks by the market itself.
