Doc, with all due respect, your due diligence is stale and completely inaccurate. Yates hasn't been involved with VISM for at least 2 years.
Lucky is/was a CPA, worked for KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and The Walt Disney Company, among others (all public information)... He's been involved with maybe 5 small cap companies in 20 years, not 50...
the more of this misinformation and nonsense that you put out there, the more your credibility suffers...
You say "Lucky is a pro at what he does"... what does that even mean? He knows how to make SEC filings and raise money for small caps? He's a good CFO?
VISM definitely has some challenges to overcome, but if the company can execute it has huge upside potential... that's a fact.
