Look at the filings. As long as he holds just 1 share he holds majority of voting power. Ownership of company was never transfered away from him. The CEOs worked for him. A CEO can not just come in and say, The company is mine now. Lucky and others worked for Yates and were hired by him. They are all in the same click. And we did more that extensive DD. One of us knew him and was in his house. Of course he is in the background. He could have been put in prison easy.
And by the way, your DD is way off. Lucky is not CFO He is both CEO and CFO. You don't even know what Lucky is skilled at doing and did it in 50 companies. He is brought in to dump stock and get the people I the show money. And he does it very well without dropping the stock fast. No one will touch this. Tell me why 600 left and will never be back. Tell me why they went 30 years with no revenue. Tell me and the analysts say everything they ever said was a lie. Sorry but we know everything about this company. You didn't even know who the CEO is.
Bottom line. If you feel so strongly about this stock, whey don't you mortgage your home and put it all in here.
