Wien..actually no life is quite restricted. The government has closed most retail, they can go outside and walk in small groups, but only people they know or from their apartment complex. We were scheduled to fly there this Wednesday and stay for 4 weeks because she's 37 weeks pregnant, but of course that's gone by the wayside. The old saying $$it happens is applicable.

I think Austria will close down similar to Italy, the known cases in Wien is growing rapidly.
