What are you talking about? They upgraded it because they think it’s a good buy. Pretty simple, stop with all these dumb conspiracy theories. They had a $17 target before and raised it to $28. Not much more explaining to do

Very good question and brings me to a stock I had and the wall street bank found out weeks before from taking the lead investigator out to dinner and gave him 20k for the info that the huge trial failed and then the upgrade and then the day of the results they shorted the stock with 650m.Long story short they got caught and kept the 650m and just had to give back the profit.Wall street are way ahead of us.Im hoping they want to be a part of a BO in Europe in months to come and not being the underwriters to raise another 500m for Gia in Europe.
