The appeals has no merit. What they are going to move underwriters back to 18 and get back millions for 1% that class 19 did not get from LTI. There was no money for class 19 & 22 from LTI therefore the appeal is mute and has no bearing

BBANBOB, the proof that AG's Appeal will not hold up distributions is the closure of the BK cases and termination of them by the court on 1/23/2020.

If the Appeal was a show-stopper, the court would not have allowed the bk cases to be terminated.
