Dmceng, I was always under the impression the FDIC has no say-so over monies that have been legally invested via Safe Harbor and once the Bk cases have terminated it would seem to me those monies would flow to the investors just as all the other monies have been flowing to investors that were not tied up in the Bk courts for the last almost 12 years.

Now the assets in the “R” and/or “C” would be at the mercy of the Government Hacks. But, I honestly do not know the answer for sure.
