Trademark infringement against Hotels.com?

Capitulation means nothing to those who have not previously
anticipated and acted into preparing for it.

As quickly as the Markets have reacted this last month
I find it difficult to assume those who were not cautious
before 2/14 became bears afterward.

I am ready however for many testimonials to that effect.
