As soon as consolidation finishes all the bag holders will be the vehicle to hit NYSE requirements without a RS. 1million shares purchased at .01 is $10000. Offloading of even half of start position at 500000 shAres is like 1 days volume. The price is dropping as those with 1000% gains lock in some profit. Once we get the volume (say the 10-K for 2019) watch this stock skip dimes by the second.
