This would have been a great PR when Neah was a public company...probably would have done wonders for the share price. Certainly the Dr. had no idea this battery factory and potential success were lying on the horizon when he went dark (stipulations and all). What does this mean for remaining shareholders? A decade of being misled..."exciting" stuff.
