Sure looks that way because they have not acquired anything other than a letter of agreement which might only mean they are going to use this company for advertising.

Did a search of Urban Core Institute, Inc. in and around the Tampa area and didn't come up with anything other than a shell listing at Sunbiz. Sounds like another sham is about to emerge out of this scam shell.

scam fears notwithstanding, this news and new website along with the share structure at the least deserve a 'watch list' status.

If there is anything real going on here with these website ventures this stock could make a monster move.
