Before or after the 1 for 1000 r/s that was mentioned in that shareholder letter.
Someone has connected the dots to the wrong patent.
This is nothing more than a rewashed hyped up scheme using a patent that was abandoned years ago.

Fountain has been assigning his patents NuVessl over the past few years. A company that actually does something with them. A company where he is a scientific advisor.
