it's called dilution geez...check the o/s...cdel is not "attacking" this stock they are just taking advantage of a weak ceo who broadcasts all pr's before they drop and then doesn't follow through on very many...

take the website as an example...still not updated almost two months later and roger just brought that up out of the blue himself...and still...NOTHING.

in a week i could build the ultimate website for FUNN...anybody that was competent could...in just a week or two at most...

again...it's the ceo...the announcement of a new ceo would probably move the stock up as much as the audit completion would at this point...

Just goes to show..... Rogen Chhabra[AbraCaDabra] seen Money up the A$$ coming out of the Tempe Coffers.

He would have to be a FOOL to pass up a chance like this with Snakes Cafe Build-outs.

Problem is the company's lack of clear and consistent promotion allows CDEL to attack. Its like management is running the company like a private company... ignoring the public aspect of the company could ultimately be its downfall... and its sad to see.
