Kind of like saying the DMV “takes there time” to ensure each customer is fully satisfied. No they just don’t give a crap because you have no choice but to deal with them... monopoly power = corrupt and complacent staff.

More like bureaucratic bloat and processes that are not able to be fully scrutinized by the public whom they pretend to serve.

The more these agencies are widdled away... preferably eliminated the better off investors will be.
