Because if you look numbers of "operational" income/losses it is each year less now ( 3 years ) but 2019 has to confirm it...
And also management changed, they bought a profitable HVAC, so they diversified better..

Don't misunderstand me.. I believe what you say about what happened in the past.... and I know many companies are still like that..
