Why?

My technicals look like it’s possible plus with the amount of selling going on and short interest rising,
All it takes is one big buyer for an algorithm to pick up the stock.

The Dow is an index of the 30 best stock in their respective sectors

The nyse and Nasdaq exercised a halt from the s and p dropping so fast.

But halting has nothing to do with it moving in any direction...infact I’ve seen more halts on the way up than the way down.
