Trump can play hero and slap an import tariff on oil dumping. Say anything under $40 and use the tariff money to fund a fiscal stimulus. That would protect US O&G jobs and stick a finger in the eye of OPEC+ while protecting his golfing and oil patch buddies. Would he do it?
