850,000 shares of PQ Escrows???...I read in House of Cards that in March of 2008 Bonderman BOUGHT approximately $4 Billions of WAMU common shares to help WAMU stay afloat till she finds a suitable buyer ...Wamu had offers from Bank of Santander and Royal Bank of Canada $30 @ common shares which Jamie later on had both banks signed a contract with him to back off the offer and (Redacted amount of JPM's offer) Both banks gave him allowance ie *** The First Right of Refusal letter*** to Buy wamu with $8 per shares....Kirry Killinger Refused the offer ...Got Fired....Allen Fishman Refused the offer and Wrote to SEC $307 BB is WAMU's Value ...And then the whole Hell Broke LOOSE....Thank you BORIS ...We all appreciate you big time....All the Best

I like what you're proposing- basically that P's can get multiple of face, or at least that that was Bonderman's belief. Some here are saying 75/25 just through the first $10B, thereby limiting P-holders to $1000(face) plus interest.
