Most people are not going buy into your implying that KW was somehow complicit in the way Biel was formerly run...good or bad...however one elects to view it. Let's face it, there is a good chance her father made all the decisions as the CEO. There are plenty of CEOs that elect to run their companies that way. KW needs to run with the ball a bit longer before any judgements can be made regarding her ability. Given the outstanding product she now controls...it's all on her. All indications are that she is getting off to a nice start. Most are relieved to see that she values Keith Nalepka's input. Go Biel$$$
