Depends on the market but one thing for sure is if no one buys the ask and keeps sitting for fills, it ain't doing nothing but going lower as the ask stacks higher.

Great opportunity here with the ask wiped out to .02, but if the momentum doesn't continue, it'll turn into a flip fest while driving the pps lower
