Our IR people need to do their jobs and quit making NWBO shareholders pick up after them.
For an accurate and undisputed record of the ASM there is a huge difference between an official record and information anonymously posted on a message board especially when the difference is between notes taken by a non-stenographer without the right gear and a clear video or at least audio recording released by the company. Audio recording is super cheap and they have no legitimate reason to omit it especially with Coronavirus making their plan to have numerous people attend less and less likely.
Their desire to make any account of the ASM deniable has to have a reason behind it and it is not to save a few bucks on redundant recording when NWBO has no problem burning through our cash with no accountability as it is.
