Markipeach, Indeed, frustration describes it all!

Vascepa is a medication that very significantly reduces the risk of
having CVD events, the biggest killer of humankind. Vascepa also may
be an adjunct drug for various cancer therapies and perhaps may be used
to reduce the treat of viruses. Vascepa is the closest thing to a
miracle drug the world has, yet it is not taken as seriously as it
should be.

Perhaps under different leadership with an established BP Vascepa would
thrive. I could only imagine the kind of commercials that Johnson &
Johnson would produce for Vascepa. There are far too many "know it alls"
who are certain that Vascepa is a waste of money fish oil. This will
continue until the medical "establishment" finally gets it. Maybe JNJ
will be able to get Dr. Bhatt on "60 Minutes." Can you imagine what it
would look like if JT were on "60 Minutes?" I have to be careful in
saying that because that thought alone could end up giving folks on
this board nightmares.

Marki, frustrating, irritating, all apt words.

The ignorance of docs has always been with us but when I now constantly see those TV ads i get irritated. I immediately think of all that money spent on hundreds of new reps and the commercials and there is no hockey stick yet with respect to scripts.

Will this strategy pay off? Sure it might, but it will be a long, tough slough.
