That this should be a simple process issue now that we've won at the CAFC and PTAB was my sense too though, you're right, quilt that it was slightly complicated by ATVIs request for a further delay. However, I thought the WDDD reply to that put it totally to bed and that Caspar would be setting a date for the status hearing post haste given how long this has dragged on.
