We were all told there was a large government contract that morphed into a grant that seemingly morphed into nothing.
Sadly, the Mir era has been a disaster with not even a light at the end of the tunnel anymore. The silence and silencing of the rebel group and the utter silence by both the CEO and the Chairman of the Board, are signposts on the road to oblivion. Those still hanging on are either persons with sufficient funds to not even require a tax write-off or nostalgia buffs, who in the old days, would have framed the share certificates as a reminder of their reckless youth.
