Veterans with medication and treatment-resistant chronic pain are now fully covered to have Calmare Therapy, with a written referral from a V.A. physician.
Dr. Michael Cooney, clinical director, Calmare Therapy NJ USA, located in Rutherford, NJ, is a VA-approved, in-network provider of Calmare scrambler therapy (CPT Code 0278T), an FDA-cleared, non-invasive therapy to combat chronic nerve pain as a result of injury, surgery or disease.
