I also asked if the interpretation was correct and the response I got was "nope."

Something you also need to consider when DI took this job he was required to drink the koolaid point being until it is pr it means absolutely nothing.

Incredible.

The guy in charge of investor communications says there is no reason to provide information to the full public because others will transcribe it.

Then he twice says in private calls that other private conversations were misinterpreted.

You can't make this shit up

so I had to ask DI directly about how accurate the 'transcript' of the call was. Again, no offence intended to Puppy san.

That is the reason IMHO, that DI's suggestion that shareholder transcripts of the ASM (as good as they were Ike) are enough and therefore NWBO need not provide one is malarkey. It avoids NWBO putting themselves on the official record and leaves anything they say as deniable and inaccurately produced by some third party.

Thanks for calling and alleviating some anxiety on the thread .

But some issues still remain which defy logic : he says that people here will transcribe the ASM and post on public forum and he is ok with it and seems like he is fine with last years transcription. But on the same note he says the transcription of AP’s call is not accurate . But he is ok with someone transcribing ASM meeting and putting it out to public . But they themselves won’t transcribe and put it on their website to avoid various mid interpretations by various posters , posted for public consumption.
And esp when he says that nothing will be told on ASM that is not in public disclosures already, then what is the logic behind not putting official ASM transcription on the website .
Defies all logic
And he is the communications director . Hmm !!!

Excellent. Thank you for the effort.

It does evidence, however, the importance of management communicating clearly and precisely--when they do. Too many times these communications are misunderstood or misreported. LG is famous for this yet he adds to the confusion.

Let's hope the PR is followed through at the ASM(hopefully not postponed) and we are all pleasantly surprised.

Again, many thanks for the follow-up.

Thanks for the call seeking clarification. I never take much of anything seriously that many post on these calls even when the sincerity quotient is high just because it is easy for PR professionals to say one thing and ordinary people to hear another thing. But I trust your take. :)

Thank you for calling DI Kabunushi.

I talked to Innes about this and Innes says the conversation definitely was misrepresented, that in no way did he 'kick the can down the road...'. Apparently the caller may have raised some hypothetical (maybe something like what if TLD isn't announced at the ASM, wouldn't that be the end of the world?). FWIW Dave has never mentioned any specific date to me like 'mid-may' for completing anything, so that kind of statement would be inconsistent with how DI talks per my experience.

DI said that wrt recording the meeting, in recent years shareholders published comprehensive transcripts of the calls immediately after the meeting. In that context, there doesn't appear to be a need for NWBO to record and post an official recording of the meeting.

WRT doing an online live ASM there might be a tricky security issue in that it's a shareholders meeting, not open to the general public. It may be nontrivial to manage that over the internet. (These are my words, all DI said was to mention a security issue).

In no way do I want to get between Alphapuppy and DI but I just was concerned about Ap's description of his call and with the credibility that it was being shown by guys like Umibe so I had to ask DI directly about how accurate the 'transcript' of the call was. Again, no offence intended to Puppy san.
