I think that if someone filed an ANDA now they would need to contend with all of the Reduce-it patents. They are in the orange book.

It should read "After doing my DD on the Amarin vs. Himka/Reddy trial, I'm in favor of a court ruling".

If there are other ANDA filers then we'll take each case on its own merits. I'm hoping that this court case decision will set a precedent and thicken even more our patent wall discouraging any new ANDA filers. All just my thoughts.
