On it's own this comment is confusing but it's based on earlier comments that the payments to WAMU for MBS/ABS, have been suspended by FDIC/R while payments to other investors in Securities continue and are uninterrupted. There is no speculation in this point as other investors are getting payments.

Speculation occurs when we guess as to when FDIC allows payments to resume. There was speculation (sloppy as it was), about an Eminent payment. Sloppy in that it wasn't Imminent, only Eminent - the likes of which we never saw.
