No. The documents I've seen included the first set of pages of this document but not the full 400+ pages with redacted deal pages and transcripts

The transcripts are particularly fascinating because certain sections seem to indicate that when the Total deal was consummated, there was a signature bonus paid to erhc... but it's not plainly stated... you have to connect dots.

But if true, the signature bonus must've paid for the lawsuits and is another reason they couldn't file financials because showing any up front cash would require explanation thereby revealing the deal.
