And nothing that would have kept erhc from filing financials. Companies don't stop filing because certain info can't be disclosed, they just state that is the case and don't include that info. This gag order did not prevent erhc from filing. erhc didn't even bother to make filings stating they were unable to file on time, just stopped.
As usual, price and volume reflect how awesome people think this information is or should I say was as it is already almost a year old.
