Wow, that is some of the most blatantly deceptive corporate actions by a company that I've ever seen. And in a one day period. I only had a few shares left after selling into yesterday's early morning pop, but this is stunningly bad behavior following yesterday's 8-k. It's not like they didn't know this was happening.
Does anyone know the terms of the sales agreement? PTN had a sales agreement with AMAG that has over 200 national sales reps and they sold squat. So PTN is canning them. Hopefully they get a company with drive and ZSAN avoids that mistake as well. So much deception. The company gets it put to them, then they pass it on to us. Retail always gets the short end of the stick.
I’m filing a complaint with the SEC and looking at involving an attorney. Why would they do a public offering at almost half the stock price, diluting their shareholders equity for a mere 8 million dollars and then turn around in two weeks and do this private offering? Why not just wait? It makes NO sense. Can someone tell me why any company would do something that stupid? There is something VERY wrong with what just happened. Oh and the same company is handling both offerings.
