I’m filing a complaint with the SEC and looking at involving an attorney. Why would they do a public offering at almost half the stock price, diluting their shareholders equity for a mere 8 million dollars and then turn around in two weeks and do this private offering? Why not just wait? It makes NO sense. Can someone tell me why any company would do something that stupid? There is something VERY wrong with what just happened. Oh and the same company is handling both offerings.
