That extraction site was an existing building that was purchased and retrofitted for extraction and distribution operations. That's why it's not next the main facility.
Correct.....The extraction site was referred to as Building C in their corporate presentation last year. The goal was to have the site up in Q1-2 of 2020. If what Mike says is true, NGW's work is done...its just up to PG&E to catchup.
