Kelmer is exactly what JR needed to boost his product, process, and technology. Kelmer has the knowledge, experience, expertise, and education to turn this technology into a viable product and make the company profitable. As with most engineers who have the "drive" to do something "world-changing", Kelmer believes this is his "calling". He is giving up a lot to make this happen; not for him, not for JR, but for all of us. You will not meet too many people willing to make that kind of sacrifice. When you do, you will always find success.
To state it simply, JR found the right person - lucky for us all! I could go on andon....but I think you get it - I think he's the right guy in the right place at the right time - a fairy-tale story I hope we get to read about 20, 30, 40, and more years from now.
